The Pain Management Program at Columbia Memorial Health provides comprehensive treatment of acute and chronic pain to enable a return to physical functionality and rich quality of life. At the Pain Management Program, we often find that back and neck pain is not always related to spine problems. It is very often caused by muscle or skeletal dysfunction, including joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. Our comprehensive approach is a blend of minimally invasive procedures and medical management.

Our team is compassionate and highly trained in treating painful spinal, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Our staff utilizes modern equipment including fluoroscopy and ultrasound.
