Columbia Memorial Health Welcomes Endocrinologist Dr. Zaighum Rana

Zaighum Rana, MD, has joined Columbia Memorial Health Endocrinology in Hudson.

Dr. Rana is a board-certified and fellowship-trained endocrinologist, with expertise in geriatric medicine, endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. Before joining CMH, he cared for patients in western Massachusetts at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield and Mercy Medical Center in Springfield.

Dr. Rana completed fellowships at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Minnesota and a residency in internal medicine at St. Mary's Hospital, in Waterbury, Conn. He received his medical degree from the Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Romania in 2003.

Dr. Rana is now accepting new patients at Columbia Memorial Health – Endocrinology, located in the Medical Office Building at 71 Prospect Ave., for endocrine disorders including diabetes, adrenal disease, thyroid disease, pituitary disease, and osteoporosis.
