Christina Bailie, PT, DPT, MSPT, is an outpatient physical therapist who joined the Albany Medical Center staff in 2004. She obtained her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the Sage Colleges in 2009. She graduated from Ithaca College with a master’s degree in physical therapy and minors in nutrition and gerontology in 2002. She has taken numerous continuing education courses over the years, including pediatric care, manual treatment, balance, and vestibular therapy. She has a certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SMFA) providing a comprehensive assessment of full body movement patterns to guide injury treatment and correct faulty movement patterns for prevention of re-injury. She enjoys treating a wide variety of diagnoses and patients of all ages. She treats infants, toddlers, and children working closely with families to identify and achieve individualized, age appropriate goals.
