Dr. Nigam performs intra-operative guided ultrasound dissections, which optimize outcomes by increasing resectability and diminishing blood loss. He operates on large multi-vessel tumors when necessary. Dr. Nigam uses tissue expanders in the abdomen to allow for full-dose abdominal radiation for sarcomas.
