The BEE Award honors the exceptional non RN team members who support our physicians and nurses and help create an environment where compassionate, extraordinary care can thrive. Just as the DAISY Award recognizes outstanding registered nurses, the BEE Award celebrates the colleagues who make that excellence possible.
What the BEE Award Represents
The BEE Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate:
- Outstanding teamwork
- A consistently positive and uplifting attitude
- Compassionate support for patients, families, and staff
- A commitment to safety, service, and a healing environment
- Quiet acts of kindness that make a meaningful difference
Who Can Be Nominated?
Any non RN team member who contributes to patient care and the patient experience, including:
- LPNs/MAs/ PCTs
- Unit secretaries/Patient Access Specialists
- Technicians and Therapist
- Transport staff
- Environmental services
- Dietary staff
- Facilities, Engineering, Public Safety
- Administrative support
- Any colleague who supports our care teams
