Albany Med Welcomes Neurosurgeon Dr. Brannan O’Neill

Brannan O’Neill, MD, has joined the Department of Neurosurgery at Albany Medical Center and has been appointed assistant professor at Albany Medical College. She specializes in both pediatric and adult neurosurgery, providing advanced surgical interventions for a range of neurological conditions.

Dr. O’Neill recently completed a highly specialized fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. She completed her residency training at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Ore., and received her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She has published dozens of articles in peer reviewed publications and is an active member of several professional societies, including Women in Neurosurgery and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
