The Addiction Medicine Program at Saratoga Community Health Center takes a comprehensive, non-judgmental approach to helping patients and families cope with opioid, alcohol, and benzodiazepine addiction. Our dedicated team of medical, behavioral health, and social work professionals specialize in treating addiction. As a patient, you will be expected to participate in all aspects of our comprehensive program as recommended by the doctor, which may include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), substance abuse counseling and behavioral health counseling.
We must be confident that you are motivated to quit, so it is up to you—not a doctor or family member—to enroll in the program. Call us at 518-886-5600 to make an appointment.
For patients in crisis, we’ll do whatever we can to see you as soon as possible.
