Saratoga Community Health Center is here for all people in our community who need care — regardless of income. Our facility is the only one of its kind in the greater Saratoga region providing high quality, primary, dental, behavioral and addiction medicine health services to members of our community, regardless of their insurance status and ability to pay.
For many of our patients, we are their first experience with routine health care which makes a dramatic difference in quality of health and life. We Coordinate Your Care
You can rely on us to coordinate your care and guide you through the medical system. We work with each patient to create an individualized plan of health care. Need to be referred to a specialist? We’ll provide recommendations, work with you to find the right specialist and help coordinate your care with that care team.
Our Primary Care centers are staffed with compassionate, dedicated, qualified professionals who are experienced in pediatrics and adult medicine. We also offer same-day appointments.
With the help of your provider, we can identify a rising issue and create a plan of action to help you stay healthy. Our provider will discuss with you what preventative services they believe are right for you, based on your age, gender, current health status, and medical history.
Preventative services include and are not limited to:
- Yearly physical exams
- Physical exams before and after surgery
- Breast exams and pap smears
Same-day appointments are available for patients that have come down with an illness or a flare-up of a chronic condition.

Primary care plays a role in the management of chronic illnesses and conditions.
If you are newly diagnosed or have been managing your condition for a few months or years, our team is here to help. We understand the stress, anxiety or anger that can comes with a chronic illness.
You can trust us to provide ongoing medical care, help with managing your medications, offer coping strategies and support. Our team will work with you hand in hand to help you make informed decisions about your health care.
Our team provides health screenings to check for diseases and health conditions, prior to signs and symptoms appearing. These screenings help identify problems early on, meaning they may be easier to treat. Screenings can be performed in a number of ways such as through a physical exam, review of your medical history, lab test and imaging procedures. Frequency of screenings also vary.

We offer comprehensive, supportive outpatient Nutrition Services to lay the foundation for healthy food choices. From weight loss management to food allergies and sensitivities, our team of registered dietitians is available to work with you, one on one, to ensure your success.
All of our registered dietitians are certified by New York State with a number of them achieving master’s degrees or advanced credentials in nutrition specialties.
Personalized Nutrition Plans
We will work with you to develop a personalized nutrition plan that is best for you. Based on science, research and proven strategies, these plans are designed to be safe and successful.

Yes, we are currently accepting new patients.
Yes, all providers have a number of same-day appointments.
We ask that you bring the following: Photo ID, insurance card, prescription medication cards, medication list, and credit card, checkbook, or cash for payments due at the time of service.
You may submit refill requests using our refill line through the MyChart patient portal or by contacting your pharmacy. We handle these requests Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your request.
Accepted Insurance
Saratoga Hospital can bill most insurance companies. Participation information is not a guarantee of payment. Patients are responsible for any non-covered charges/services excluded under their insurance contract. Questions regarding insurance participation and billing inquiries should be addressed to the Saratoga Hospital Patient Financial Services office at 518-583-8343.
