Kaleigh Spellman, PA, is a physician assistant in the Division of Pediatric Neurology within the Department of Pediatrics. She treats children with epilepsy, headaches, movement disorders, and paroxysmal events, and is passionate about helping children of all ages and abilities live up to their fullest potential.

She will see patients at 391 Myrtle Ave., Albany Suite 1A and at the Delmar Specialty Care Clinic at 250 Delaware Ave., Albany. Patients can make appointments directly with her. To make an appointment, call 518-262-1700

Spellman was born and raised in the Capital Region and is a graduate of Bethlehem High School. She received an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Technology education from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and then went on to earn a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Albany Medical College.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her black lab and relaxing in the Adirondacks. She also loves to run, read, and volunteer in the kid’s ministry at her local church in Albany.
