Moving Forward Together

An annual educational program for those living with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers. 

The symposium will be an in-person event with attendance capped at 450. Please visit this link to register by Friday, May 29, 2026. The registration form includes a consent to be videotaped, so each attendee will need to fill out this form.
