Dr. Hart is a board-certified pediatric anesthesiologist at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children's Hospital. She completed an Anesthesiology Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and a Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. She earned her medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine.
