Dr. Plotkin completed his doctoral training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. Following graduation, he completed his psychiatry residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. He sees patients at locations in Catskill and Hudson.
