Maggie Stanley, PT, DPT, SCS, ATC, is a Senior Physical Therapist who joined Albany Medical Center Outpatient Therapy in 2016. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Upstate Medical University and her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Endicott College. She is a board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
Maggie specializes in athletic and sports injury rehabilitation, movement screening, injury prevention and general orthopedic conditions. She is certified in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and Functional Capacity Screen (FCS). Her treatment approach focuses on restoring movement patterns, muscular re-training, and improving biomechanics, helping patients safely return to activity and sport.
In addition to her clinical work, Maggie has served as a guest lecturer in the Physical Therapy program at SUNY Upstate Medical University and previously worked as an athletic trainer for The College of Saint Rose athletic department.
