Dr. Neighmond earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship and residency at St. John Mercy Medical Center, now Mercy Hospital St. Louis. Dr. Neighmond is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He sees patients at Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Malta.
