Dr. Carruthers completed his medical education at the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn College of Medicine in New York City. His residency was completed at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program in Boston. Dr. Carruthers is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
