A graduate of Albany Medical College, Dr. James Kelley completed a residency in family and community medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and a fellowship in sports medicine at WellSpan York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. He also has a law degree from Pace University Law School. Dr. Kelley is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, with subspecialty certification in sports medicine. He sees patients at Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Sports Medicine.
