Dr. Edward Liebers earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Dr. Liebers is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with subspecialty certification in medical oncology.
