Dr. Daniel Eldredge earned his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Nassau County Medical Center, and his residency at Plainview Hospital. Dr. Eldredge is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. He serves as the vice chair of the department of ambulatory medicine at Saratoga Hospital.
