Dr. Craig Zelig is an Albany Med Faculty Physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He specializes in Maternal Fetal Medicine which includes high risk obstetrics, preterm labor and prevention, care for hypertensive patients, genetic counseling, high level ultrasonography, pre-conception counseling, and amniocentesis.
He is a retired Naval Officer and has previously served as staff Obstetrician/Gynecologist Department Head at the Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune as well as the Director for Surgical Services at the Naval Hospital in Guam. He was also Chairman of OB/GYN Department at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.
Dr. Zelig is Board Certified in Maternal and Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the American Medical Association; American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
