Alexandra Mondini, PT, DPT, joined the Albany Medical Center team in 2026. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Merrimack College in 2019 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Marist College in 2022.

Alexandra specializes in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy, with a focus on pelvic floor function for patients of all genders. She takes a holistic approach to care, evaluating the entire body rather than focusing solely on the pelvis to better understand each patient’s unique needs and movement patterns.

Alexandra values a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare and believes the best patient outcomes come from working together as a team. She finds pelvic health therapy especially rewarding and enjoys helping patients improve function, confidence, and overall quality of life.
