Offering general pediatrics, all appointments on or after Monday, Aug. 31, 2026 will be in Suite L40 in the lower level of the Medical Office Building at the CMH main campus at 71 Prospect Avenue. Free valet parking is available at the main entrance to the office building.

The office at 813 Warren Street will permanently close at the end of the day on Friday, Aug. 28.
