Dr. Hladik treats patients for peripheral arterial disease, abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms, peripheral aneurysms, carotid artery disease, thrombosis, end stage renal disease and venous insufficiency. He is skilled in performing minimally invasive endovascular interventions, lower and upper extremity revascularizations, carotid endarterectomy, abdominal and thoracic endovascular aneurysm and open aneurysm repair, dialysis access creation and interventions, and deep venous endovascular interventions.
He completed a vascular surgery residency at Albany Medical Center, where he was chief resident and was twice voted Vascular Surgery Resident of the Year by colleagues. Prior to that, he completed a preliminary general surgery residency at Albany Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College and a bachelor’s degree from Siena College as part of the colleges’ joint degree program in the sciences, humanities, and medicine. He co-authored an article published in the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
