Lea Dikranian, MD, has joined the division of pediatric emergency medicine at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center.

Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Dikranian treats seriously ill or injured children in the Massry Family Children’s Emergency Center, the only one of its kind in the Capital Region. She has a special interest in trauma, medical education, and simulation training.

Dr. Dikranian has presented at regional, national, and international meetings and conferences, including the American Academy of Pediatrics Conference.

Dr. Dikranian completed a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine with a simulation track at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, where she served as chief fellow. She completed a pediatrics residency at Albany Medical College, and she earned her medical degree at St. George’s University in Grenada.
