Isabelle Lesko, PT, DPT, NCS, is a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with advanced training in neurologic, vestibular, concussion, and orthopedic rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York Medical College and is certified in LSVT BIG treatment for Parkinson’s disease, vestibular rehabilitation, and Level 1 and Level 2 Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
Following graduation, Isabelle joined NYU Langone Health in New York City as part of the Rusk Rehabilitation team. During her time there, she gained experience across multiple rehabilitation settings, including outpatient neurologic and orthopedic therapy, neurologic ICU and cardiothoracic units, inpatient rehabilitation for medically complex patients, and outpatient vestibular and concussion rehabilitation.
After relocating to the Capital District, Isabelle joined the Albany Medical Center Therapy team. She is passionate about helping patients with neurologic, vestibular, orthopedic, and concussion-related conditions improve movement, function, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based care. Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing, traveling the world, and spending time with her family.
