Dr. Potenciano completed his medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, the Philippines. He completed post-degree residencies and fellowships in both the Philippines and the U.S., including a Psychiatry residency at Albany Medical Center. He is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and Addiction Psychiatry by the American Board of Addiction Medicine.
