Dr. Winseman is chair of the Albany Medical Center Department of Psychiatry.

He received his medical degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed his residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell campus. Dr. Winseman is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
