Albany Medical Center's pediatric hospital medicine physicians are the region's only board-certified pediatric hospital medicine team.
What do hospitalists do? These doctors are pediatricians who specialize in the care of hospitalized infants, children, and adolescents with a wide range of conditions. They will care for your child and then transition care back to the medical home, or another specialty. You may meet them during rounds, when the medical team goes room-to-room visiting patients and checking on their status.
