Dr. Andrejuk has practiced minimally invasive acute and chronic pain management since 1998.

Dr. Andrejuk completed his residency training in anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Pain Management at Tufts University in Boston. He is board certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology through the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine. In his earlier career, Dr. Andrejuk was involved in cardiovascular and pharmacological research, and published his work in scientific journals.

He joined Columbia Memorial Health in 2003 and established the Pain Management Program. He is the Medical Director and founder of the Pain Management Center at Columbia Memorial Health.
