Dr. Cook is board certified in family medicine, focusing on patients and the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of internal diseases. He earned his medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine in W. Va. and completed his residency at Martin Army Community Hospital at Fort Benning, Ga. He sees patients at the Granville and Whitehall Medical Centers.
