Dr. Mookherjee is a cardiologist who sees patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions. She specializes in diagnostic non-invasive cardiology such as nuclear testing, stress testing, and echocardiography, including TEE. Dr. Mookherjee is passionate about the prevention of cardiac disease and does community events in an effort to promote heart health. She is an active member of the American Heart Association (AHA) Regional Board and is a regular speaker for the AHA and Albany Medical Center regarding a variety of cardiac issues. Dr. Mookherjee is also very active in the education of medical students, residents, and cardiovascular fellows in training. She is the program director for the cardiovascular disease fellowship program at Albany Medical Center.
