Nurse Practitioner Randi Daniels has a special interest in diabetes, helping patients cope with and manage their disease, and diabetes research. In addition to endocrinology, she also has extensive experience in oncology and hematology, urology, and urologic oncology, and has been involved in research in each specialty she has practiced.

Daniels grew up in the Capital Region and earned an associate degree in nursing from Hudson Valley Community College. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, N.Y. Board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), she is a member of the AANP (American Association of Nurse Practitioners) and the AACE (American Association of Clinical Endocrinology).

She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and seeing movies. She also loves to spend time with her two Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Lucy and Indy.
