Dr. Mullin is a neurologist with the Saratoga Hospital Medical Group. He is a graduate of Georgetown University. He conducted his residency at UCLA Center for Health Sciences and fellowship at UCLA and the Johns Hopkins Comprehensive Epilepsy Center.
