Dr. Azam is an assistant professor of Anesthesiology and a 2010 graduate of Albany Medical College. She completed her residency and fellowship training in Pain Management at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. She is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.
