Dr. Mitkoff specializes in adult internal medicine and primary care. He is a 1987 graduate of Albany Medical College.

After several years of private practice, Dr. Mitkoff returned to Albany Med and now practices with Albany Medical Center's Internal Medicine group. Dr. Mitkoff is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
