Dr. Edward Philbin is the Chair of the Department of Medicine, Chief of Cardiology, and holds the George E. Pataki Endowed Chair in Cardiology at Albany Medical Center. He has expertise in heart failure and heart transplant care. Dr. Philbin also has a special interest in developing, implementing, and testing methods to improve care for heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases.
