Dr. Miller is the medical director of the HIV Program at Albany Medical Center, a New York State Department of Health designated regional AIDS Treatment Center. Dr. Miller’s activities include HIV clinical care and education, direction of the HIV Clinic at Albany Medical Center, direction of patient and education grants, education of students and house officers, and participation in clinical research. Dr. Miller was instrumental in developing hospital policy and implementation for HIV testing and for prophylaxis against HIV after sexual assault. In conjunction with pediatrics, she provides care for women at the Maternal Child Coordinated Care Clinic.
