Dr. Miller is the past medical director of the HIV Program at Albany Medical Center, a New York State Department of Health designated regional AIDS Treatment Center. In that role, she directed the HIV outpatient clinic at Albany Medical Center, providing HIV clinical care and education, overseeing patient and education grants, educating medical students and house officers, and participating in clinical research.
Dr. Miller was instrumental in developing hospital policy and implementation for HIV testing and for prophylaxis against HIV after sexual assault. In conjunction with pediatrics, she also provides care for women at the Maternal Child Coordinated Care Clinic.
