Colleen Chapman, PT, DPT, completed her undergraduate education at the University at Albany and went on to earn her graduate degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She has experience treating patients across a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient orthopedic care, sub-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care.

Colleen has a special interest in pelvic floor physical therapy and enjoys helping patients improve function, comfort, and overall quality of life through individualized care. Her diverse clinical background allows her to provide a well-rounded treatment approach tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
