Recruitment Campaign Encourages Potential Employees to Join Albany Med
The Albany Med Health System relies on more than 16,000 employees to achieve our mission of improving health through the highest quality of care, education, and research—and is dedicated to recruiting and retaining top talent.
This spring, the System launched a new recruitment campaign to invite potential employees to join the team. It highlights some of the more than 920 unique positions in the System—from the medical professionals in the hospitals and clinics, to the educators and researchers, to the supporting services.
The region’s largest private and largest nonprofit employer, employees reflect the people of the Capital Region, and include all races and ethnicities; 80 countries of origin; five generations; and all abilities and education levels.
