Diabetes & Pre-Diabetes Care

The Diabetes and Nutrition Center provides diabetes and self-management skills training for people living with diabetes. People with long-standing diabetes can learn new techniques to maintain good glycemic control and regain motivation to follow self-management plans. With education, even patients with poorly controlled diabetes can regain control and minimize the risk of complications.

Nutritional Counseling

Our registered dietitians provide individual nutrition counseling for, but not limited to, the following conditions:

• Crohn’s, colitis, IBS
• Celiac disease
• Diabetes
• Gestational diabetes
• Food allergies
• Heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol
• Home tube feeding
• Malnutrition
• Weight management for adults and children
