Whether you are expecting your first baby or need a refresher, this course prepares couples for the challenges of labor and the whole birth experience. Learn state of the art childbirth preparation in two sessions over two weeks (class content is the same as the one day Childbirth Preparation class). Please bring 2 pillows. Class size is limited. Class includes a tour of the Snuggery. Please register in advance.
This two-part class is November 10 & November 17.
