Nicole grew up in Perth, NY. She participated in cross country, track, and crew throughout high school and college, which sparked her passion for nutrition and health. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her Goldendoodle, Fredrick. She has a Bachelor's degree in dietetics from SUNY Plattsburgh, with a minor in chemistry. She is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and licensed in NYS as a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN). She started her career in the acute setting as a clinical dietitian at St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, NY. She then worked as a clinical dietitian in the long-term care setting at Eddy Village Green in Cohoes, NY. She enjoys working with patients through the Saratoga Bariatric Surgery and Weight Loss Program. It has been rewarding for her to provide counseling to patients and to witness an abundance of patient success.
