Dr. Mosquera is a board-certified anesthesiologist and associate medical director for value-based care at Albany Medical Center. She completed her medical and professional education at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City and The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

In 2022, Dr. Mosquera was named to the City & State NY Magazine's Albany 40 Under 40 list. The list recognizes young professionals across the state capital who are a driving force in their respective fields.
